Our Pharmacy Services

Complimentary Pill Packaging

We all know how difficult it can be to keep track of what medication you need and when, especially if you take multiple medications, travel often or are always on the go. When you enroll in this service, our pharmacist places the pills you need for each dose into individual packets, organized by date and time.

Ask a staff member about our pill-packaging service and how you can get signed up.

For patients who need to refill their medications but may not have the means to travel, our pharmacy is proud to offer delivery services for your convenience.

Diabetes Support/Education

Managing your diabetes is vital to your overall health and well-being. We offer a host of ways to monitor and manage your care so you can feel your best. Our pharmacist and staff can give you up-to-date information and practical tips for healthy living. We also offer education to cover such important topics as blood glucose testing, medication myths, and healthy eating.

An ongoing condition requires ongoing care. Talk to your pharmacist about how we can help.

Medication Theropy Management

Medication therapy management, known as MTM, is a term used for an approach to helping you manage your medications and health conditions. This service is a good option for people who take multiple medications and/or have chronic conditions, such as diabetes, asthma, and high blood pressure.

To determine if MTM is right for you, ask yourself these questions:

  • Do you take several medications for several different health conditions?

  • Is it difficult to manage your health and your medications?

  • Are you having any side effects from your medications?

  • Do you take medications that require close monitoring?

  • Do you have any concerns about medication costs?

If you answered yes to one or more of the above, you may benefit from a comprehensive medication review or MTM services. Many health care plans, including some Medicare and Medicaid plans, cover the costs. Talk with our pharmacist about MTM today.

Medicare Open Enrollment

For Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage, Open Enrollment happens each year from October 15 to December 7. Open Enrollment is an opportunity for you to switch insurance coverage to a plan that best suits your needs.

Understanding Medicare prescription plans can seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services publishes online tools to help you understand plan changes and provides a 24/7 Medicare hotline (800-633- 4227 and 877-486- 2048 for TTY) to answer your questions.

A third option is to talk to a trusted advisor who cares about your family’s health. We handle insurance paperwork every day. Let us share what we know to help you make an informed decision about your prescription drug coverage.

Stop by our pharmacy to talk through your Medicare options.

While we can’t recommend a specific plan, our pharmacist can define insurance terms using language that makes sense and discuss how a plan could affect your costs, coverage, and preferred pharmacy.
